A warm welcome awaits you at our state of the art health club based within Three Rivers Golf and Country Club
With stunning views overlooking the golf course and floor to ceiling windows letting in the natural light we offer something completely different to any other health club. At Three Rivers we have a large range of equipment to suit all needs from the complete beginner to the more advanced.
We use the Technogym Excite range with all cardio machines having their own integrated TV screens so you can enjoy your favourite TV programmes whilst working out. We also use the Technogym key system to allow us to track your progress daily and send you helpful hints and reminders on your training.
We have dedicated staff available at all times on the gym floor to ensure you stay motivated, inspired and educated to achieve your desired results. We also have a number of other machines to help you achieve those results including Powerplates, Vipr. Bosus TM, Kettlebells, Freeweights, functional Zones just to name a few. After all that exercise why not take the time to enjoy our private steam rooms, highly equipped changing facilities and our warm & friendly clubhouse serving food & refreshments all day.
With the latest Technogym equipment you can enjoy watching music videos, the news or the latest sporting event, the 10 music and TV channels on our cardio theatre will keep you entertained whilst exercising. You will also have access to a variety of training programs ranging from CPR programs to interval training to keep you motivated and on target for your lifetime goals.
Our spacious, air-conditioned gym is fully equipped with the latest Technogym resistance training equipment. Using our wellness system will give you a simple guide on using the equipment each time you come to the gym, this includes rep range, speed, correct equipment set up, rep/set counter and rest time.
Our selection of free weights and the latest stationary machines means you'll be fully equipped to workout and strengthen and condition your chest, arms, back, abs and legs.
