This is an abdominal workout with a focus on core strength and posture improvement.

Pilates

Pilates uses smooth movements and controlled postures to tone your muscles and increase your flexibility; with focus on breathing technique. A low-impact class, for your "core", abdominals, pelvis, back and shoulders. Suitable for all fitness levels especially if you are returning to exercise after injury or are new to exercise.

Spin/Group Cycle

You don’t have to be co-ordinated to take part in these classes. There are no complicated moves to learn. Your instructor will guide you over different terrains to mimic cycling outdoors set to motivational music. You will use the resistance on the bike to experience hill climbs and races at your own level.  You will condition you heart and tone your thigh and butt muscles whilst having fun!

Zumba

Zumba is an upbeat exercise class with dance moves inspired from Latin rhythms, salsa, samba and meringue. It the fastest growing dance based fitness craze in the country.  It’s a fun and energising class you can do with your friends.
